Diesel Field Mechanic

Dynamic Equipment Group is searching for a skilled Diesel Field Mechanic to join our Engineering and Maintenance team. We specialize in creating high-performance, durable industrial solutions customized for diverse market needs. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing diesel-powered equipment used across various construction projects, ensuring peak operational efficiency and reliability of our high-quality machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine diagnostic checks on diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical components.
• Ensure all diesel machinery is robust enough to handle construction tasks, making repairs as necessary.
• Travel to multiple construction sites to provide field repairs and routine service.
• Maintain detailed records of serviced machines and report on maintenance work and system malfunctions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to share feedback and discuss ways to improve machine reliability and performance.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations while conducting maintenance or repairs at sites.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and junior mechanics when needed.

Required Skills
