Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of trailer brake, suspension, and electrical components.

Routine service and preventative checks to optimize performance.

Use of diagnostic equipment to identify root causes and guide repairs.

Team-based workflow to complete jobs efficiently and correctly.

Accurate documentation of all maintenance and repair work.

Strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

Continuous skill-building through staying current on best practices.

What we look forHigh school diploma or equivalent; automotive/diesel technical certification is a plus.

Proven mechanic experience with semi-trailers or heavy-duty vehicles.

Knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced setting.
