Birchstone Residential is seeking a Service Technician to perform day-to-day maintenance at its Orlando community. You will execute regular and preventative maintenance, handle service requests, and assist with capital improvements.
You will participate in readies and ensure code-compliant repairs while maintaining exteriors and common areas. Ideal candidates have 6 months of maintenance experience and strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, carpentry and plumbing.
