Pay Range: $16.50 - $19.88/HR (Based on experience and qualifications)
Great events rely on dependable equipment and flawless preparation. In this role, you’ll help maintain and prepare the cable inventory that supports productions across multiple disciplines, ensuring equipment is ready for deployment and meets the standards our clients expect.

WhatYou’ll Do Maintain cable readiness and quality
- Inspect cable inventory to verify terminated ends are secure and functioning properly.
- Perform continuity and quality testing using cable-specific testing equipment.
- Repair and solder damaged cables to return inventory to service.
- Maintain proper wrapping, badging, and storage of cable inventory.
- Build, maintain, and complete standardized cable packages for future show use.
- Ensure rental products are stored according to company standards.
- Pull and fulfill assigned orders while ensuring equipment is prepared to company standards.
- Identify equipment that does not meet prep standards and route it for future repair.
- Assist with warehouse operations and support visitors picking up or returning equipment.
- Return tools and supplies to designated storage locations at the end of each shift.
- Clean and sanitize workstations and shared areas as assigned.
- Notify leadership when inventory or supplies are running low.
- High school diploma.
- Knowledge of AV equipment.
- Wiring and cable experience preferred.
- Strong adaptability and the ability to work through changing priorities.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- A careful approach to quality and equipment preparation.
- Work with technology that supports memorable live events and productions.
- Build hands‑on technical expertise across a wide range of AV equipment and cable systems.
