Ardaman & Associates, Inc. is seeking Driller Trainees for their Orlando office. This entry-level role is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and are interested in a career in geotechnical drilling. The position involves assisting with drilling operations, equipment setup, and site investigations for construction projects. • Ability to lift drill steel and materials weighing up to 80 lbs
• Mechanical skills preferred
• Class A or Class B CDL license a plus
• Must be able to obtain DOT Medical Examiners Certificate or have current certificate prior to employment
• Must pass company background checks including drug screen
• Must have acceptable driving record within company standards
• Willingness to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks

• Previous experience in drilling or construction
• Mechanical aptitude
• Holding a Class A or B CDL license
