- Perform light commercial HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Install, replace, and service HVAC equipment and components
- Diagnose basic electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment change-outs
- Read and understand HVAC wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment specifications
- Troubleshoot equipment and identify the root cause of problems
- Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and other trades
- Complete service paperwork and accurately document work performed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards

we want to talk to you. This is a hands‑on opportunity to work on a variety of light commercial HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and installation projects.

- Read and understand HVAC wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment specifications

- Complete service paperwork and accurately document work performed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards
- HVAC service and/or installation experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Basic electrical and refrigeration knowledge
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- EPA certification preferred
- Commercial HVAC experience a plus
