What You'll Do
Maintain and repair late-model motorcoaches, buses, trucks, tractors, trailers, and other fleet equipment Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, oil changes, and tune-ups Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, HVAC, electrical systems, exhaust, and safety systems Use computer diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical issues Repair or replace components including brake pads, belts, water pumps, and transmissions Perform test drives to ensure safe and proper vehicle operation Complete repairs based on driver write-ups and maintenance schedules Assist with parts and general shop/facility maintenance
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay:
$26 - $55/hour, based on experience Weekly pay:
$1,040 - $2,200+/week, based on experience Are you a top-tier candidate?

Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Must be able to frequently lift, carry, and position tools or equipment components weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted Must pass a pre-employment drug screen Comfortable working around mechanical equipment, fumes, vibration, and elevated noise levels
Education, Experience, and Certification Requirements
At least 3 years of related experience and/or training High school diploma or equivalent Vocational/technical training or apprenticeship preferred Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills Ability to read service and repair manuals
Experience with computer diagnostic equipment Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Must possess and maintain a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) within 90 days of employment
