The Commercial Installation Lead provides customer equipment installation of HVACR and/or commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., fryers, grills, ovens, freezers).

• Mentor, lead, and motivate team members in a safe, productive, and efficient manner.
• Install commercial kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team regarding repairs and status updates.
• Communicate part orders with branch.
• Document tasks (parts/work orders, timesheets) accurately and on a timely basis.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Three years of installation experience with combined commercial kitchen equipment and/or HVACR equipment (e.g., RTUs, chillers).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Valid Driver's License and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.

• Ability to lead and/or work within a team.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Plumbing background is a plus.
• Contractor, journeyman, and/or HVAC certification would be a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance and lift equipment.
• Extensive daily travel to work site locations.
• Occasional to frequent exertion in high and low temperature environments (overheated kitchens, rooftops, outdoors, etc.).
• Repeated bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and climbing up and down ladders.
• Exposure to electrical, steam, and high‑heat units that require extreme caution and safety equipment.
