Rent Prosper is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a 200-unit property in the Rosemont/Lake Orlando area. This on-site role leads the maintenance team and oversees HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance work to ensure reliable resident service.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in maintenance, 7+ years HVAC, strong leadership, EPA certification, and a track record of safety and quality. Pay is $28–$31 per hour with full-time benefits and growth opportunities.
