SR Technician / Field Supervisor - HVAC/R

McCloskey Mechanical is seeking a highly experienced Senoir HVAC/R Technician / Field Supervisor to join our Orlando team. This role requires 20+ years of proven experience in Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration, including advanced diagnostic skills and leadership capabilities in the field.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise with Commercial Refrigeration Systems, Rack Refrigeration, and Glycol Chiller Systems, along with the ability to oversee, train, and support field technicians. The position plays a key role in maintaining project quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

• Lead and supervise field technicians during service calls, installations, and PMS
• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC/R systems
• Ensure job site safety, quality, and compliance with company standards
• Coordinate daily operations, workflow, and job assignments
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians
• Complete and review service documentation and reports

• 20 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R service and repair
• Strong knowledge of rack refrigeration, glycol chillers, and commercial cooling systems
• Ability to supervise teams and manage field operations
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and diagnostic capabilities
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Must be able to work independently and make critical field decisions
