Mechanical Technician

Location: Orlando, FL

Pay: $26.00+/hour

Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shift Opportunities Available

We are hiring experienced Mechanical Technicians to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced industrial equipment, automated systems, and electromechanical machinery. Candidates who can start quickly are highly encouraged to apply.

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Technical training in Mechanical Maintenance, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.
Experience Requirements
  • Experience as a Mechanical Technician, Maintenance Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or Mechatronics Technician.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, automation systems, and mechanical equipment.
  • Experience installing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading industrial machinery or robotic systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in industrial automation, robotics, ride systems, or automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and preventive maintenance practices.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work around industrial equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment components and replacement parts.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced maintenance and technical environment.
Job Duties
  • Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and upgrades on mechanical and automated equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
  • Exchange and replace equipment components to support operational reliability.
  • Interpret blueprints and schematics to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment performance and uptime.
