This role is ideal for a motivated technician who enjoys diagnosing complex commercial HVAC systems, solving problems independently, and delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates with additional experience in refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, or general commercial maintenance are highly encouraged to apply.

---# What You'll Do
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
* Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control components.
* Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance and reliability.
* Service restaurants, retail stores, healthcare facilities, banks, and other commercial properties throughout the Orlando area.
* Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance repairs as needed.
* Clearly communicate findings and repair recommendations with customers.
* Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation accurately and on time.
* Maintain company vehicle, tools, inventory, and equipment.
* Follow all company safety standards and industry best practices.

---# What We're Looking For###

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment
* Working knowledge of commercial electrical systems
* Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
* Ability to pass a background screening###

Preferred Qualifications
* EPA Certification
* Commercial refrigeration experience
* Plumbing experience
* Electrical troubleshooting experience
* General construction or handyman experience
* Commercial kitchen equipment repair experience---#

Physical Requirements
* Lift and carry 50–75 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
* Climb ladders and work at heights.
* Work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions.
* Stand, walk, kneel, bend, and climb throughout the workday.
* Travel daily to commercial customer locations throughout the Greater Orlando area.
