** Job Overview*
* An established production site in Orlando is seeking a dedicated?

Maintenance Technician. This onsite position is responsible for performing vital maintenance and repair tasks to ensure productivity and operational efficiency across a range of systems and equipment.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform mechanical and electronic repairs on equipment, including conveyor systems, printers, and sorting equipment.

+ Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns or emergencies.

+ Conduct preventative maintenance activities per TQM and vendor standards.

+ Communicate and escalate serious equipment issues to the Lead Technician as necessary.

+ Regularly review and utilize vendor technical manuals and publications.

+ Provide training and assistance to other site technicians.

+ Manage inventory, preventative maintenance schedules, and work order systems; maintain spare parts and supply inventory.

+ Troubleshoot, evaluate, and resolve equipment problems in a timely manner.

+ Complete all additional duties as required for site operations.

** Requirements*
* + 0-20 years of maintenance experience (all experience levels welcome).

+ Technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills required.

+ Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals.

+ Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.

+ Must work onsite; remote/virtual work is not available for this role.

** Additional Information*
* + Contract role with potential for permanent hire.

+ Standard 40-hour work week.

+ Competitive pay at $24.00/hour.
