HVAC Service Technician

Full‑time position in Orlando, FL.

We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced personnel to join our HVAC Service team in Orlando, FL.

• Perform diagnosis and repair of HVAC systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components.
• Assist with installation of new HVAC systems, handling equipment, running ductwork, and connecting electrical components under senior technician guidance.
• Interact with customers professionally and courteously, explaining services performed and providing recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including work orders, service reports, and inventory usage.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures for a safe working environment.

• Must have 1 year of technician experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR report.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug check.
• Must possess the ability to use power tools for effective execution of plumbing jobs.
• Ability to wear company‑approved personal protection equipment per local, state, federal, or OSHA regulations.
• Prepared to work in various environmental conditions including Outdoor heat/cold, wet/humid, dry/arid, or indoors.
• Must complete tasks within the company’s standard timeframe.
