Service One Air Conditioning & Plumbing, LLC is hiring a full-time Residential Lead HVAC Installer to lead our Lake Mary, FL team. Can you provide high-quality installations? This vital position is paid a competitive annual salary of $50k-$65k
, plus benefits after 90 days of employment such as healthcare with 50% covered by Service One, dental, vision, supplemental insurance access, paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), employee tool account program with matching contribution, company-provided uniform shirts, hats, and jackets, as well as industry-leading training, and a retirement plan with company match. Qualified candidates could also receive a signing bonus.

- Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable residential installation experience (commercial experience will be considered)
- Ability to work "off-hours" and weekends as needed
- Clean driving record
- Proven track record in heating and cooling systems
- The ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
NATE and EPA certifications are a plus! Do you keep safety in mind while managing your time and prioritizing tasks effectively?
