The Orlando Area Rowing Society (OARS), a highly competitive and growing community-based program in Central Florida, is seeking coaches for the season. Open positions include Assistant Coaches for our High School and Middle School Programs.
We’re looking for organized, motivated individuals who are passionate about athlete development and committed to helping our rowers succeed at the state, regional, and national levels.
OARS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with over 200 athletes in grades 6–12. With a strong infrastructure, engaged parent community, and dedicated athletes, OARS provides an outstanding opportunity for coaches looking to make an impact. Our program is based on the scenic Butler Chain of Lakes in Windermere, FL, and features a fully equipped boathouse with a comprehensive fleet of shells and training equipment.
Stipends and coaching responsibilities will be determined based on experience and qualifications. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. This position reports to the Director of Rowing.
