The Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida is seeking a Rapid Re-Housing Stability Case Manager in Orlando to work under the SHIP RRH program, providing case management with a housing first approach and maintaining confidentiality in all client interactions.
You will develop Housing Stability Plans, assist with housing applications and moves, collaborate with landlords, monitor progress, and document outcomes in HMIS while maintaining a respectful, client-centered environment.
