In this role, you'll help people find solutions, connect them with resources, and guide them toward greater stability. You'll be part of a team that believes every person deserves the opportunity to build a better future, and you'll see the impact of your work every day.

As a Prosperity Specialist, you'll serve as the front door to our Prosperity Platform, helping individuals access support related to:

• Employment and career opportunities
• Housing and community resources
• Essential needs and support services

You'll assess immediate needs, coordinate resources, navigate referrals, and help participants move from crisis toward stability and long-term success.

• Conduct intake conversations and assess immediate participant needs
• Connect individuals to internal programs and community resources
• Coordinate referrals through our Active Referral Network
• Develop short-term plans to address urgent barriers
• Support participants through challenging situations using trauma-informed practices
• Facilitate smooth transitions to Prosperity Planners for ongoing support
• Maintain accurate documentation and track participant outcomes
• Represent Goodwill within the community and strengthen local partnerships

• Speaks Spanish and can confidently communicate with diverse members of our community
• Builds trust quickly and treats every individual with dignity and respect
• Remains calm and resourceful when priorities shift
• Enjoys connecting people with practical solutions
• Communicates effectively and works well with community partners
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once

• Associate degree in social services, workforce development, public health, or a related field required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two or more years of experience in case coordination, intake, crisis response, customer service, workforce development, or community-based services
• Knowledge of community resources and support systems preferred
• Experience working with individuals facing employment or economic barriers is highly valued
• Valid Florida Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
