We’re seeking a Game Project Manager with a track record of leading change initiatives and managing cross-disciplinary collaboration in live, large-scale game environments. A solid grasp of the full game development lifecycle and prior experience in roles such as Producer or Live Operations is highly valued. You will report into the Senior Development Director. This is a hybrid/in-office role based in either Toronto, Canada or Montreal, Canada.

What You Will Do
- You will track dependencies, mitigate risks impacting project timelines, and proactively manage obstacles.
- You will create and maintain project roadmaps, monitoring key milestones to ensure alignment for on-time delivery.
- You will lead prioritization sessions, maintain team capacity plans, and own pre-sprint planning to ensure the backlog is always ready.
- You will track and prioritize bugs, working with QA and engineering to ensure our quality assurance processes are streamlined and effective.
- You will facilitate all necessary Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) to ensure the team is productive and focused on its goals.
- You will lead change management and champion process improvements for our distributed gaming support team.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years in project management with a focus on game development or live operations, emphasizing experience in distributed teams
- Proven ability to build and scale support frameworks, moving a team from reactive support to a proactive partnership model by optimizing processes for a large, complex organization
- Experience with Agile methodologies specifically tailored for game production schedules across multiple time zones and work cultures
- Have effectively managed risks and mitigation strategies in a complex, live project setting
- Direct experience in the software development industry, video games or Mobile games
- Production or Live-Ops experience in video games or mobile games
- Certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP)
- Experience working to Support Distributed Teams across multiple time zones

Compensation And Benefits
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
