AI​/ML Engineer; Fulltime Telework

• Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science/Engineering, Math, Physics, or related discipline with course work in AI/ML
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, automated testing, version control, authentication and authorization, security, and data integration
• Experience with scripting languages and tools such as Python, with the ability to learn and transition to new programming languages as needed
• Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning

• Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science/Engineering, Math, Physics, or related discipline
• 1+ years of AI/ML related professional experience or equivalent related experience and education
• Experience in architecting, developing, fine‑tuning, and deploying generative AI models (such as LLMs) and other advanced AI/ML models
• Experience with multiple technologies including PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Keras, and/or sci‑kit learn
• Experience with Supervised Learning and/or Reinforcement Learning
• Familiarity with AI/ML principles, SDKs, and API utilization across multiple platforms
• Experience with Dev Ops tools and concepts:
  Docker, Git (Git Lab, Git Hub), Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD)
• Experience with application of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
