You will be a Sr. Software Engineer on our team at Lockheed Martin. • Develop and maintain embedded software applications and/or desktop applications.
• Task involve requirement, design, code, test, and integrate software for an embedded multi‑core system as well as desktop computer applications for emulation of sensors and countermeasures.
• Successful candidate will have training in C/C++, prior experience in GUI development, and experience with Linux OS.

• BS or MS degree from an accredited university in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related major.
• Experience with C++ and object‑oriented design.
• Experience with software development on Linux or a similar preemptive operating system.
• Experience with software configuration management systems such as Git, Git Hub, Git Lab, or SVN.
• Ability to obtain an interim secret security clearance prior to start; must be a U.S. citizen.

• Experience with multi‑core and multi‑threaded programming.
• Familiarity with Modular Open Systems Architecture (MOSA) design concepts.
• Familiarity with containerized development and deployment environments.
• Familiarity with Data Distribution Service (DDS).
• Familiarity with Yocto OS development.

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance level:
Secret. A company‑sponsored interim secret clearance is required to start.

This position is onsite in Orlando, Florida.

4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
