Senior Guidewire Performance Engineer; Cloud​/Prem

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience with Guidewire (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center).
• Proven Guidewire expert with deep understanding of configuration, integration, GOSU, and Guidewire architecture.
• Extensive experience in production support, including real‑time issue resolution and post‑incident analysis.
• Strong background in performance engineering, including profiling, tuning, and load testing.
• Hands‑on experience with Guidewire Cloud or on‑prem implementations.
• Proficiency with Java, GOSU, SQL, and performance monitoring tools (e.g., App Dynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK).

We are seeking a Senior Performance Guidewire Engineer with 10+ years of hands‑on Guidewire experience to join our onsite team in Lake Mary, Florida. This role is ideal for a seasoned Guidewire expert who thrives in high‑impact production environments, excels at diagnosing and resolving complex issues, and can drive performance optimization across mission‑critical insurance applications. This person will serve as a senior technical authority for Guidewire performance, production support, and issue resolution—ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability for the core systems.

$55/hr to $65/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
