Qualifications
- 12+ years of professional full‑stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or senior role.
- Backend proficiency – solid development experience using Node.js, Python, or Java Spring Boot.
- Data APIs – deep understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and database management, including SQL (Postgre

DB). - Cloud Dev Ops – hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Leadership – proven ability to influence technical decisions without direct authority and mentor engineers.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Leadership – lead architecture, technical discovery, scope finalization, and architectural design for new features and platform improvements; make high‑level architectural decisions regarding the technology stack.
- Full‑Stack Development – hands‑on development of scalable applications across frontend (React
JS, Angular, Vue.js) and backend (Node.js, Python, Java) technologies. - Product Ownership – collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality – enforce coding guidelines, conduct rigorous code reviews, and promote a culture of Clean Code and technical excellence.
- Mentorship – mentor midlevel and junior developers, conduct design discussions, and provide technical feedback to help them grow.
- Reliability – lead Dev Ops practices, automate CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth integration and production reliability.
- Problem Solving – lead root‑cause analysis for production incidents and drive permanent scalable fixes.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
