Senior Technical Game Designer - American Football

As a Senior Game Designer you will be a hands‑on creator who builds new presentation features and complex systems. You’ll partner closely with design, engineering, and content teams to prototype, implement, iterate, and polish—from early concept through live tuning.

• Work with designers, engineers and other creatives to develop the vision and innovate on compelling gameplay systems.
• Implement and drive gameplay systems and/or modes from concept to ship quality.
• Align and collaborate with multiple disciplines and communicate the vision of gameplay features.
• Ensure a high‑quality release by bug fixing, balancing, and creating a fun gameplay experience.
• Pitch ideas, provide feedback and rapid iteration with the team.
• Build new innovative American Football experiences (mechanics, modes, progression, meta systems, tuning frameworks, etc.) that integrate cleanly into the game.
• Quick prototype building of new features.

• Proven ability to use AI to problem solve and quickly prototype/tune systems.
• Worked on shipped titles as a AAA Game Designer.
• Passion for crafting gameplay systems, mechanics and game modes.
• Familiarity, passion and knowledge of American Football and football products.
• Expertise in comprehending the game design process, specifically with game mechanics and design theory.
• Experience with content‑driven game engines (Unreal, Frostbite, Unity, Gtk Radiant).
• Experience developing in a multiplayer live service environment.
• Experience with scripting languages (such as Lua, Python, Java script, and/or other scripting languages).
