Lockheed Martin is seeking an Associate Software Engineering Manager for the F-35 Maintenance System Software Team. This role will develop and configure the platform for the F-35 Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN) Program.

You will lead the F-35 Maintenance System Software Team, driving software development, integration, and configuration for the ODIN Program.

• Bachelor's degree or above in a STEM discipline, Software Engineering or Computer Science preferred
• Software Engineering Management or Software Engineering Team Lead experience
• Software development or networking experience
• Agile development experience

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Atlassian tool suite (JIRA/Confluence/Bitbucket) and Gitlab
• Experience with Process Improvement and Affordability initiatives
• Advanced knowledge of CI/CD principles
• Experience with Model-Based Engineering (Cameo)
• Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) experience
• Project Management experience
• Experience preparing and delivering briefings to leadership

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
