AR Follow-Up Specialist

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands‑on Service Now development experience
• Strong experience with IRM, GRC, and/or TPRM modules
• Experience with Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, or Vendor Risk Management
• Experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of GRC frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, COBIT, etc.)
• Experience with ACLs, role‑based access, and Service Now security best practices
• Ability to design workflows (Business Rules, Flows, Script Includes, UI policies, etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience with Service Now AI (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search)
• Experience implementing AI or GenAI use cases in GRC environments
• Certifications (CIS-RC), (VRM) (CAD)

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Service Now IRM/GRC Developer to support the design, development, and delivery of enterprise risk and compliance solutions. This individual will play a key role in building and enhancing Service Now capabilities across IRM, GRC, and TPRM modules, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management. This resource will be responsible for executing backlog stories end‑to‑end, including requirements grooming, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.

They will design and configure Service Now components such as workflows, business rules, script includes, UI policies, client scripts, scheduled jobs, and dashboards tailored to risk and compliance use cases. Additionally, they will build and maintain integrations between Service Now and third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
