Sr. Clarity PPM Developer

Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment organization, is seeking a Senior Clarity PPM Developer to support and enhance a large-scale enterprise Broadcom Clarity PPM environment. This engineer will design, develop, test, and deploy custom Clarity solutions while partnering closely with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to improve project portfolio management capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise across the Clarity platform, strong Oracle database development experience, and a background supporting enterprise SaaS implementations.

• Owning end-to-end development of enterprise Broadcom Clarity PPM solutions from design through production deployment.
• Building custom solutions and integrations using GEL, XOG, REST APIs, Oracle PL/SQL, and Modern UX.
• Partnering directly with business stakeholders to solve complex portfolio management and operational challenges.
• Working in a collaborative Agile environment with opportunities to modernize and enhance the Clarity platform.
• Solving complex technical challenges across application development, database design, reporting, and enterprise integrations.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements and customizations within the Broadcom Clarity PPM platform.
• Build and maintain Clarity solutions using GEL scripting, XOG, REST APIs, NSQL, Clarity Studio, and Modern UX.
• Develop Oracle database objects, including stored procedures, packages, views, indexes, and triggers, to support business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and support Agile development activities.
• Support platform administration, integrations, testing, production deployments, upgrades, and technical documentation.

• 8+ years of hands-on Broadcom Clarity PPM experience, including development, customization, administration, and production support.
• Strong expertise with GEL Scripting, XOG Processing, REST APIs, NSQL, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL, Clarity Studio, Modern UX, and Clarity administration.
• Experience designing and supporting Oracle database objects such as stored procedures, packages, views, indexes, and triggers.
• Proven experience supporting Clarity PPM 16.x or newer in a hosted SaaS environment while working on Agile development teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with additional experience using Git Hub, Jira, SAP integrations, Jasper Soft, or enterprise Clarity implementations considered a plus.
