• Be a key player in our platform transformation:
  Help lead the modernization of our Wealth Care Administration platform by designing and developing scalable, cloud‑native microservices.
• Own the full development lifecycle:
  From architecting features to hands‑on coding and deploying distributed applications in Azure.

• Abilities:
  Proven ability to design and deliver complex, production‑ready solutions in agile environments, with deep expertise in data storage (RDBMS and No
  
  SQL), microservices architecture, and event‑driven frameworks (Kafka, Event Hub, Service Bus); highly collaborative, hands‑on coder skilled at communicating technical concepts across teams and quickly adopting new technologies.
• Experience:
  
  6+ years of professional experience developing modern, distributed web applications using C# (.NET Core 3.1/.NET 5+), ASP.NET, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure), with a strong focus on microservices architecture, containerization (Kubernetes), API design, and contributing to scalable, reliable system architecture.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in data science or related field.

  This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the office (Boston, Maitland, or Milwaukee) 25% of the time.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations:
Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job‑related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
