310 Content and Unreal Engine Full-Time Instructor. (On-Campus)

We are seeking an experienced Game Instructor specializing in Unreal Engine, Blueprints, and technical game development to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for teaching and a strong background in the technical aspects of game development, including visual scripting, asset integration, and optimization within Unreal Engine.
You will guide students through project‑based learning, ensuring they develop the technical skills required to bring their game ideas to life while understanding industry best practices.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Game Development or Computer Science, or 3 years of industry experience with an Associate's degree.
- Strong experience with Unreal Engine & Blueprint scripting.
- Solid understanding of game mechanics, asset pipelines, and optimization.
- One Year of College‑Level Teaching Experience.
- Great communication & mentoring skills.

Skills:
C++ in Unreal Engine, version control, VR/AR development experience, and multiplayer networking knowledge. - Official academic transcripts of all degrees are required. All degrees must be from institutions accredited by regional or national accrediting bodies approved by the U.S. Department of Education. Foreign transcripts may be acceptable in some cases and require a translation and evaluation of equivalency to U.S. degrees by a recognized agency.
- Teach courses in Unreal Engine
, focusing on Blueprint visual scripting
, technical game development, and related workflows. - Deliver engaging, hands‑on lessons that cover:
- Unreal Engine interface and environment setup
- Blueprint scripting for gameplay mechanics, UI, and interactivity
- Asset importing, material creation, lighting, and optimization
- Technical problem‑solving and debugging
- Mentor students on individual and team projects, providing constructive feedback and technical guidance.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques, and integrate them into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with other instructors and program coordinators to continuously improve course content and student outcomes.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Support students in developing professional portfolios showcasing their technical game development skills.
