  • Respond to production support requests, triage defects, investigate root causes, coordinate fixes, document resolutions, and communicate status to internal project leaders and FDOT stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with FDOT Office of Information Technology, SharePoint administrators, Power Platform administrators, and project stakeholders when access, environment, security, deployment, or tenant-specific issues require client-side support.

  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, project managers, FDOT staff, and other technical team members to understand requirements, support existing processes, and deliver practical solutions across web, SharePoint, and Power Platform environments.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation for application features, SharePoint and Power Platform configurations, data sources, deployment processes, permissions, inventory of flows and apps, issue resolutions, and development procedures.

  • Follow team standards for coding, testing, source control, security, accessibility, documentation, and application support.

About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Web Development, Data Science, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience developing, maintaining, or supporting web applications, SharePoint solutions, Power Platform solutions, or related business systems.
