D1 Training Lakewood Ranch is seeking a dedicated and energetic Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. Our facility specializes in athletic-based group training for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up, providing top-notch training and support to help our athletes reach their fitness goals. Our motto is simple: "You pick the goal, we help you get there." We’re looking for a coach who embodies the D1 philosophy and is passionate about transforming lives through fitness.
ResponsibilitiesLead group workouts, personal training, and team sessions, adapting training programs to meet individual needs for athletes of all ages and fitness levels.
Create a positive, encouraging environment that fosters growth and confidence in every athlete.
Provide exceptional service through coaching, accountability, and regular progress check-ins to support members’ fitness journeys.
Ensure athletes’ safety by teaching proper form and technique and customizing movements to minimize the risk of injury.
Build relationships with each D1 member, supporting and tracking their fitness goals.
Assist with new memberships, introduce prospective members to D1, and contribute to overall membership growth.
Collaborate with the team to host events and engage with the community to enhance the D1 experience.
Strong background in athletic training, youth engagement, and program customization for diverse age groups and fitness levels.
Positive and approachable, committed to delivering an outstanding experience for each D1 member.
Skills:
Comfortable presenting membership options and closing sales.
