Youth Golf Coach

Golf fore Kidz is dedicated to empowering young golfers, especially children aged 3-6, with the skills and passion for the game of golf. We focus on creating fun and engaging golf adventures tailored to young, aspiring players. Our mission is to cultivate junior champions in a supportive and kid-friendly environment. Through our programs, we aim to instill confidence, sportsmanship, and a love for golf in children.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orlando, FL, for a Youth Golf Coach. The Youth Golf Coach will plan and deliver engaging golf lessons to children, focusing on skill development, sportsmanship, and introducing them to the fundamentals of the game. Responsibilities include creating a fun and safe learning environment, monitoring the progress of young players, and motivating them to achieve their full potential.

The role also requires regular communication with parents and collaboration with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive experience for all participants.

• Proven experience in Golf Instruction and a strong understanding of golf fundamentals
• Skills in Coaching and Sports Coaching, particularly with young children
• Experience or knowledge in Golf Management and event coordination is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with children and their families
• Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to create a fun learning atmosphere
• CPR and first-aid certification is a bonus
• Background in child development or physical education is preferred
