- Salary: $110,000 – $115,000 annually (based on experience).
- Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM;
Friday:
Off; 1 professional day for clinical practice. - Work type:
Hybrid (onsite + remote flexibility). - Workload: 32‑hour work week (full‑time).

A growing Physician Assistant program is seeking a full‑time Principal Faculty member to support both clinical and didactic phases of the curriculum. This role works closely with program leadership to support instruction, student outcomes, curriculum development, and clinical education.
Key Responsibilities- Instruct students in clinical and/or didactic phases.
- Serve as Course Director or Co‑Director as assigned.
- Participate in didactic labs, simulations, and student evaluations.
- Support clinical site and preceptor development (as applicable).
- Monitor student progress, performance, and grading documentation.
- Mentor and advise students throughout the program.
- Participate in curriculum development and annual reviews.
- Contribute to committees, admissions, and student progress reviews.
- Maintain CME, scholarly activity, and professional development.
- Support accreditation efforts, including self‑study activities.
- Graduate of an ARC‑PA accredited program.
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or related field.
- Current board certification (NCCPA or equivalent).
- Eligible for Florida licensure.
