We’re looking for qualified drivers to staff stores in your area. We’re growing fast and there are many opportunities for advancement—from delivery driver to management, general manager, franchise owner, or corporate operations.

You must be 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards, and have an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery. You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain such as multi‑story buildings.

Many team members began as delivery drivers and now are successful Domino’s franchise owners, managers, or corporate leaders.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Speak and write with telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Use motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions outdoors.
• Store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F and above in some work areas.
• Sudden temperature changes inside and outside.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools (up to 500 °F or higher), and sharp edges.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

• Standing, walking, and moving on various flat and uneven surfaces.
• Clearing deliveries and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Carrying small to medium items, pushing/pulling trays, and occasionally climbing stairs or ladders.
