Class A CDL Regional Truck Driver - Transition Training Program Job Description

We are seeking licensed Class A CDL drivers for a regional position that includes a structured 4 to 6-week transition training program. This position is designed for drivers looking to gain stable regional experience, leading directly into a solo driving role upon completion. • Job Type: Full-time, W2 position
• Route: Regional operations traveling throughout the East Coast and Southwest regions
• Home Time: Home bi-weekly (every 2 weeks)
• Progression: Transition to a solo driving position immediately following the completion of the 4 to 6-week training program

• Solo Starting Pay: $650 weekly training pay for 3 weeks, then(CPM) upon upgrading to solo status
• Supplemental Pay: Detention and layover pay included
• Stability: Consistent miles and critical freight dispatch

• License: Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

  We are currently unable to accept trainees who hold only a Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP).
