Program Overview
New program for drivers who want to train drivers while leasing their truck.
Lease Program Details- We lease a Pete 579 Cummins engine
- Zero down
- No credit check
- Only 2 deductions for truck payment and 1 deduction for insurance
- You get paid $1.50 per mile for all miles you drive plus what your trainee drives.
- All miles go to you.
- Monthly base pay of $3,000 plus weekly bonus for running dedicated routes.
- Bonuses for drivers who stay on your truck for an entire year.
- All dry‑van trucks with fridge, inverter, XM radio, and mount for TV.
- Routes are mostly dedicated with no runs beyond Texas or Northeast.
Example: you drive 2,000 miles and your trainee drives 2,000 miles. You get paid for all 4,000 miles. You do the math.
Responsibilities- Train drivers while operating the truck.
- Maintain the truck and ensure safe operation.
- Must have a good MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
- Must not have SAP drivers.
- Class A CDL driver.
