Providing around the clock, on‑call maintenance coordination and oversight for 5 assigned aircraft from the Part 135 Charter Fleet.
Essential Job Tasks- Support flight crews with on‑the‑road maintenance support via phone, text and email
- Communicate with maintenance vendors remotely via phone, text and email to return aircraft to service
- Assist the Director of Maintenance with scheduled maintenance and planning
- Assist with performing onsite and remote vendor audits
- Work flexible/extended hours with short‑notice schedule changes
- Speak/read/write English fluently
- Work in a physically demanding role at times

This position requires working near moving mechanical parts on a limited basis. The noise level may be loud and headset use is required. The schedule is 24/7 on‑call; actual hours per week vary based on flight schedule, workload, time management, and forecasting/planning.
Physical Demands- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, and/or crawl
- Ability to sit without standing for long periods of time
- Capacity to lift or move items up to 75 pounds
- Ability to hear clearly verbal communications in person and on the telephone
Some travel may be required depending on aircraft status and proximity to your location.
Required Education/Experience- Three (3) years proven experience in a similar position
- A&P Certification preferred
- High School diploma or GED
- No disciplinary action since the interview date
- No misdemeanors or felonies since the interview date
- Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and regulations quickly and under stress
- Present information and respond to questions from management, dispatch, crew, air traffic control, and the general public
- Speak and be understood in English, including shouted commands during emergencies
- Solve practical problems with limited standardization
- Interpret multiple instructions – written, oral, diagram, or schedule
- Remain calm, think, and react quickly in emergencies
- Make medium‑range, medium‑significance decisions with moderate consequences
- Decisions may be significant in safety‑of‑flight contexts and could require additional resources
- Process information quickly and react positively during unexpected or serious situations
- Control personal and emotional responses under high stress

Work AuthorizationMust be authorized to work in the U.S. and be at least 21 years of age by 1/1/20.
