Orlando Tow Truck Operator

All drivers must have their own set of tools once assigned to a truck.

• Respond efficiently to accidents, breakdowns, and roadside incidents.
• Maintain communication with motorists while en route.
• Perform basic repairs or tow vehicles to repair facilities as needed.
• Safely load vehicles onto your truck.
• Remove illegally parked vehicles as required.

• Ability to lift, crawl, pull, bend, reach, climb, and perform tasks requiring significant strength and stamina.
• Frequent use of hands and full physical mobility required.

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial motor vehicle driving experience required.
• Prior towing experience or related field preferred but not required – we will train you to operate the tow truck.
• Current DOT Medical Card required before the 1st day of work.
• Clean driving record required for at least the past 3 years.
• MUST be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

• 30% Commission.
• This pay structure should not be misconstrued as a salary paid position.

• Five‑day and six‑day work weeks available (weekends are mandatory).

• 6 paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
