** Overview*
* The Carry-On Compliance Agent is responsible for enforcing the airline's 1+1 carry-on baggage policy and identifying oversized luggage at designated checkpoint areas. This role ensures passengers comply with carry-on regulations before entering the boarding area, while maintaining excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

** Responsibilities*
* + Enforce the airline's 1+1 carry-on baggage policy consistently and professionally.

+ Identify oversized or excess carry-on items.

+ Direct non-compliant passengers to the Jet Blue ticket counter for baggage resolution.

+ Monitor and manage the designated compliance area to maintain orderly passenger flow.

+ Provide clear instructions and courteous assistance to passengers regarding baggage policies.

+ Communicate effectively with airline personnel and airport staff regarding operational concerns.

+ Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced airport environment.

+ Report issues, incidents, or customer concerns to supervisors as needed.

** Qualifications*
* + Excellent customer service and communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

+ Ability to remain calm and professional during high-volume passenger interactions.

+ Prior airport, airline, security, or customer service experience preferred.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy airport environment.

+ Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

** Work Environment:*
* + Airport terminal environment.

+ High passenger traffic and continuous public interaction.

+ Standing and walking for extended periods may be required.
