Qualifications- Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non‑excepted interstate DOT medical card required.
- 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 5 years.
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
- Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
- English language proficiency required.
- Work the required schedule, complete Penske background and drug screening.
- Position is regulated by DOT or designated as safety‑sensitive; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner required. Associate must accept responsibility for their own safety and safety of others.
- Must be able to see and hear; includes close, distance, peripheral, depth perception and adjust focus.
- Frequent movement, standing, walking, sitting; use hands; lift up to 50lbs routinely, up to 100lbs occasionally.
- Must legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit vehicle and rear cargo area.
