Shipping Specialist

We're seeking a reliable Shipping Specialist who ensures every order leaves our facility accurately, on time, and with excellent documentation. In this role, your attention to detail and positive attitude will directly impact customer satisfaction and our operational success.

• Manage the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies with precision and care.
• Collaborate daily with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, and shipping providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Track, trace, and update outgoing shipments, proactively addressing any delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of inventory moves, scanning, and counts.
• Keep your work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
• Build positive relationships with vendors, drivers, and internal teams through professional, courteous communication.
• Provide backup support to shipping and receiving departments as needed.
• Prepare regular shipping and receiving reports for supervisors with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform customer service duties, ensuring excellent relationships with shipping companies and clients.
