Job Description
- Average $98,000 annually
- Driver referral bonus program up to $5,000 per referral
- Travel required, up to 100%
- Hazmat endorsement required
- Travel regionally to work at various locations as needed
- Perform multi‑stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
- Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
- Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
- Dispatch times will vary depending on work assignment
- Drivers will travel to assigned location and work from there for the duration of the assignment
- Late‑model, Penske‑maintained trucks
- Best‑in‑class specs designed for comfort and safety
- Equipment includes inward and outward‑facing in‑cab cameras to ensure safety for all

- Valid Class A CDL; applicant domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
- Current or eligible for non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card
- 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- English language proficiency (required by federal law)
- Work the required schedule and location; complete Penske employment application, background investigation, and drug screening
- Regulated by Department of Transportation; must maintain constant state of alertness and safe operation, accepting responsibility for personal and others' safety

The associate must be able to see and hear. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and may occasionally lift up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
