The General Laborer supports automotive and event operations by assisting with the preparation, movement, and setup of vehicles, exhibits, and event materials. This hands‑on role involves working both on‑site and off‑site to ensure vehicles and displays are clean, secure, and ready for use at events, tours, and exhibitions. The General Laborer helps maintain high presentation standards and contributes to the successful execution of events and logistics.

• Vehicle Transport & Logistics:
  • Prepare vehicles for display, transport, and event use, ensuring cleanliness and mechanical readiness.
  • Execute the safe loading, unloading, and movement of vehicles using trailers, flatbeds, or other transportation methods.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery to and from exhibitions, events, and partner locations.
  • Adhere to safety and security protocols for vehicle handling and transportation.
• Event Support & Setup:
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of vehicles and displays at off‑site and on‑site events.
  • Collaborate with internal staff and external vendors to ensure proper vehicle placement and exhibit readiness.
  • Provide logistical support during events, resolving issues related to transport and vehicle operations.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Presentation:
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all vehicles are maintained in top condition.
  • Report any mechanical issues and coordinate basic maintenance or repair work with the restoration team.
  • Maintain presentation standards, including detailing and polishing vehicles for public display.
• Brand & Asset Support:
  • Support the organization and transport of promotional materials and branded displays.
  • Ensure proper inventory and handling of collateral and supplies needed for vehicle‑related activations.
  • Assist with the setup of branded elements to maintain visual consistency at events.
• Guest & VIP Support (As Needed):
  • Assist in providing vehicle access or information during VIP tours or promotional events.
  • Support other departments during special activations or high‑profile visits involving the automotive collection.

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; CDL or trailer experience a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with automotive maintenance, detailing, or transport preferred.
• Ability to operate trailers, lifts, or related equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Ability to lift, move, and secure heavy objects with proper technique and safety precautions.
