As a Senior Supervisor, Transportation at RXO, you will act as a change agent for the team and drivers specifically. You’ll help ensure that important organizational initiatives and solutions are successfully implemented, maintained, and improved when needed. What your day-to-day will look like:
Lead large-scale implementations
Oversee and lead change management initiatives and provide continuing post-implementation support
Define business problems, identify solutions, and provide analysis and recommendations
Work with internal departments, develop documented implementation plans and schedules, assist with implementation, and provide post-implementation feedback/support
Conduct scheduled progress
Provide customer support management for internal and external clients according to customer management process, using tools such as the action item list, progress report, etc.
Design and/or report methodology for ongoing operations
Ensure that both internal and external client issues are addressed in a timely manner
At a minimum, you’ll need:3 years of experience with implementations in the transportation or logistics industry
Experience in 2 or more of the following disciplines: supply chain management, transportation, or distribution
Project management experience
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Visio, Access and Project)
It’d be great if you also have:
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent planning, client support, communication, and organizational skills
