Overview

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Logistics Specialist in Orlando, FL. • Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders into the Freight Optimizer system
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken; communicate load status to receivers and customers
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify loads arrive on time and in good condition
• Take check calls from drivers and validate all load data prior to marking loads delivered for accounting purposes
• Investigate product overages, shortages, and damages; complete proper documentation
• Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments and accept or decline loads based on direction from account managers
• Provide detailed routing directions and instructions to drivers

• At least 1 year of logistics experience
• General knowledge of the transportation industry
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay: $18.00

Schedule:

Sunday - Wednesday, 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Thursday, Friday and Saturday OFF)

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
