The Role at a GlanceAs a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations through the safe and efficient movement of inventory. This position requires operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, productivity, and safety.

How You'll ContributeIn this role, you will:
- Safelyoperateforklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers to receive, store, move, and ship inventory.
Reach Forklift experience is preferred. - Accurately receive, pick, and process orders using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Maintain precise inventory records and complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
- Inspect inbound shipments,identify and document exceptions, and communicate issues appropriately.
- Load and unload outbound shipments while ensuring product accuracy and proper handling procedures.
- Work closely with drivers, warehouse personnel, customer service representatives, vendors, and customers to support efficient operations.
- Assistinmaintaininga clean, organized, and safe work environment, including operating floor-sweepingequipmentand performing general warehouse housekeeping duties.
- Support facility and grounds maintenance as needed.
- Contribute positively to team goals bydemonstratingcooperation, flexibility, and a willingness toassistothers when needed.

- Minimum of six (6) months of recent, verifiable forklift operating experience required.
- Experience operating pallet jacksrequired.
- Experience operating cherry pickersrequired.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
