White Cap is hiring a Dispatcher to support our nationwide delivery operations. The role involves planning schedules, optimizing routes, and ensuring accurate delivery documentation.
Responsibilities- Plan delivery schedules and optimize delivery vehicle routes.
- Address delivery issues with customers and provide resolution.
- Ensure that the invoice and load are correct prior to departure.
- Record all in- and out-times of vehicles.
- Maintain vehicle maintenance and repair records.
- Record availability status of vehicles.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar dispatcher or logistics role.
- Knowledge of the geographic area served.
- Experience using Descartes routing software.
- Spanish language proficiency preferred.
- Medical, Dental, Vision coverage.
