CDLA Graduate Driver Program

Location: Must live within 90 miles of Orlando, FL

Position Type: Recent CDL School Graduate

Just earned your CDL? This program is designed specifically for recent truck driving school graduates who are ready to gain hands‑on experience and begin their career as a professional over-the-road driver.

No previous driving experience is required.

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduated from a truck driving school within the last 12 months
• Ability to meet DOT requirements
• Good driving record
• Willing to travel for onboarding and complete mentor training

Qualified candidates will attend a 7-day onboarding program in Tontitown, AR before beginning over-the-road training.

During onboarding, drivers will:

• Meet members of the operations and safety teams
• Complete a driving assessment
• Participate in additional instruction if necessary
• Learn company procedures and expectations
• Paid Orientation
• $100 Food Stipend

Following onboarding, drivers will spend a minimum of 10 days on the road with an experienced mentor driver
.

• Earn a flat rate of $75 per day during training.

After successfully completing the mentor program, drivers will transition into a solo driving position.

As a solo driver, you will:

• Be assigned your own truck
• Earn CPM based on your home location and account assignment
• Become eligible for bonus opportunities
