Overview

New program for drivers who want to train drivers while leasing their truck. We lease a Pete 579 Cummins engine with zero down and no credit check. Only two deductions: truck payment and one deduction for insurance.

You get paid $1.50 for all the miles you drive plus what your trainee drives. All miles go to you. You also receive bonus payments for each driver after he leaves your truck for one entire year. Most routes are dry van, mostly dedicated, and limited to within Texas (no Northeast runs). Trucks include fridge, inverter, XM radio, and mount for TV.

Example:
If you drive 2,000 miles and your trainee drives 2,000 miles, you are paid for all 4,000 miles.

• Train and mentor new drivers while leasing your truck
• Maintain good MVR and ensure trainees have no SAP violations
• Ensure compliance with all leasing and safety requirements
• Provide a safe and productive driving environment for trainees
• Track and report mileage and driver progress to program administrators

• CDL A endorsement
• Clean driving record (no SAP violations)

• Good mechanical knowledge of truck and trailer systems
