The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient transportation assistance to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout.

• Transports guests to and from hotel.
• Assists with luggage to and from guest rooms.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards.
• Comply with all company policies to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Employees must be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees.
• Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow employees and other departments.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation promptly.
• Offer information about available services, facilities, points of interest and entertainment attractions.
• Respond to inquiries regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc.
• Be familiar with all in‑house groups.
• Have knowledge of emergency procedures and assist as needed.
• Use proper two‑way radio etiquette at all times when communicating with other employees.
• Explain features of guest rooms to guests.
• Call taxis for guests.
• Ensure routine maintenance is performed on company owned vehicles.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Attend meetings/training as required by management.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Driving history.

Flexible and long hours sometimes required. Physical, intensive work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Ability to stand during entire shift.

Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly. Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately. Must be able to work well in stressful, high‑pressure situations. Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary. Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co‑workers and guests.

Must maintain composure and objectivity while under pressure.
